My trip to Venice

Hey guys,

Recently I went to Venice with my boyfriend for a few days and I instantly fell in love with how beautiful the city is. We visited St Marks Square, Doges Palace, St Marks Campanile, The Grand Canal, went on a gondola and did lots of exploring.
We also ate our body weight in pizza and gelato lol!

I'd really recommend anyone visiting especially couples! Its a perfect getaway destination, amazing Italian food and there is so much to explore. There isn't a lot of nightlife (clubs/bars etc) but there are some lovely restaurants for food/drink. Also if you like Prosecco then it's definitely the place to go as it's where Prosecco is actually originated from so they love that stuff out there!

I wore some outfits in Venice that I wanted to share on my blog, I wanted to make the most of the pretty scenery and hot weather so that I could wear really summery clothes.

The main thing for this outfit for me is the top from MissyEmpire, I love the one shoulder and ruffle detail! I don't wear red often but when I saw this top I had to have it and thought it would look really nice with a Denim skirt. You could even wear this top with some denim jeans and it would look really cute too!

For accessories I've gone with my Misspap black cross body bad (which you'll see a lot of on here as it's the only bag I took) and my new ASOS black double hoop belt. I saw this and thought it looked kind of similar to a Gucci belt lol so had to buy!
Then lastly I've worn my black tie up flat form espadrille sandals from Ego Official, they go with so much and are really comfy especially if your doing lots of walking! I think its so cool how you can dress these kind of shoes with a dress/skirt or just a pair of jeans and a T-Shirt.

I'll be uploading a few blogs over the next couple of weeks on some of my outfits from this trip so keep an eye out on my Instagram: mollyolivialee for updates!

Love Molly x
